Quick-Commerce & Pick n Drop App for Pixel Software's DeliveryLo

Key Result Metric
Minutes-level delivery across multiple categories

Client Introduction & Background

DeliveryLo, registered under Clickship Delivery Private Limited, launched in February 2022 with a simple promise: get everyday essentials — cosmetics, groceries, food, confectionery, stationery — delivered in minutes, plus a built-in Pick n Drop service for sending items across town. Pixel Software brought in Sejal Technologies to build the app that could make both promises real.

Challenges Identified

Slow Delivery Windows

Legacy systems couldn't fulfill multi-category orders within tight minutes-level windows.

Manual Dispatch

Dispatchers manually assigned orders, causing severe bottlenecks during peak hours.

Multi-Category Inventory

Managing diverse inventory types (food vs groceries vs stationery) in one seamless cart.

No Pick-n-Drop

Lacked a dedicated point-to-point courier booking module for customer parcels.

Tracking Gaps

Customers had no real-time GPS visibility into rider locations or ETA calculations.

Engineering Services & Solutions Delivered

Multi-Category Ordering

A single storefront covering groceries, food, cosmetics, confectionery, and stationery.

Real-Time Rider Dispatch

Automated assignment of the nearest available rider to minimize delivery time.

Live Order Tracking

End-to-end tracking from order placement to doorstep delivery with live map routing.

Pick n Drop Module

A standalone flow for users to book item pickup and drop-off between any two locations.

Vendor & Inventory Management

Tools for partner stores to manage live stock, pricing, and fulfill orders quickly.

Outcomes Achieved & Impact

DeliveryLo launched with the ability to genuinely deliver across multiple categories in minutes rather than hours, which became their core differentiator against slower, single-category competitors. Average delivery windows were kept within a "few minutes" promise across serviceable zones, Pick n Drop became a meaningful secondary use case within months of launch, and order volume grew steadily across grocery and food categories post-launch.
